2. SUBSCRIPTION & RECURRING BILLING
- Monthly Membership: By signing up, you agree to a recurring monthly subscription fee. Your designated payment method will be charged automatically every 30 days from your initial signup date.
- Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing. Any price adjustments will be communicated to active members via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- All Sales Are Final: Due to the immediate, digital nature of the content provided, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credits under any circumstances.
- Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. To cancel, log into your profile on erikagrundon.com, navigate to your Membership Account dashboard, and click “Cancel.”
- Access After Cancellation: Upon cancellation, you will retain view-only access to the daily spreadsheet updates until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Following that date, your access will be automatically revoked.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
- Single-User License: Your paid membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view the spreadsheet solely for your personal development.
- Prohibition of Copying and Sharing: The layout, proprietary prompts, reframing exercises, and daily configurations are the exclusive intellectual property of Erika Grundon. You are strictly prohibited from downloading, scraping, screenshotting, copying, republishing, or distributing any portion of the spreadsheet.
- Account Sharing Prohibited: Your website login is for your personal use only. Sharing your login credentials with non-paying individuals will result in immediate termination of your membership without a refund.
5. TAXES
- Sales Tax Collection: In compliance with state laws, automated sales tax will be calculated and added to the transaction total for residents purchasing from the state of Texas. Tax exemptions or calculations are handled natively via our payment processor.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erika Grundon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Guide. You explicitly agree that your use of the spreadsheet is at your own sole risk.
